Today for Animals emerged as a groundbreaking initiative to gamify vegan activism, inspiring individuals to take meaningful actions for animal welfare through a user-friendly online platform. Tasked with creating an engaging and intuitive user interface, our design team leveraged our collective expertise to design components that would facilitate user engagement and participation.
The landing page for Today for Animals
• Task Card Component: My primary focus was on designing the task card component, which serves as the cornerstone of the TFA platform. These visually appealing cards provide users with a clear overview of available actions, enticing them to participate and earn rewards. Careful attention was paid to layout, typography, and visual hierarchy to ensure optimal usability.
• Modal Windows: I also took the lead in designing the modal windows that provide additional information about each task. These overlays offer users valuable context and instructions, guiding them through the completion of each action while maintaining a cohesive visual aesthetic with the rest of the platform.
• Landing Page: I assisted with the design of the level progress indicator, a key element that motivates users to advance through the TFA experience. Additionally, I lent my expertise to shaping the overall landing page design, ensuring that it effectively communicates the platform's value proposition and encourages user sign-ups.
